Our company manufactures these using an integrated in-house process that includes NC lathes, machining centers, heat treatment, and polishing. We guarantee tolerances of up to 0.01, with work sizes up to φ500×800. The materials used include SS, S45C, SCM415, SCM435, SUS303, SUS304, SUS420J2, SUS3016, SK3, and SKD11, as well as heat-treated materials.
